Contract Hire-Offshore Based Minimum Requirement: Degree in Mechanical or Civil or equivalent Engineering. 15 years of minimum experience in Construction with at least 10 years construction of oil and gas projects. Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Role: Monitor the site construction activities to ensure that the PTW system requirements and Companys HSE Policy, Procedures and Standards are being complied with. Monitor the work to ensure that the requirements of the Projects Specifications, drawings and applicable standards are being adhered to. Carry out Advanced Safety Audit of the works. Review, comment and evaluate all Construction Contractor/Vendor/Manufacturer Technical and Commercial submission and provide quality feedback to the Companys Job Officer/Project Manager.
